As you rotate the bong on its axis, the Upstems filter your smoke through water and are imperative to the functionality of the gravity bong. If you re dealing with a broken Large Upstem, or just want some fresh replacements, this is the accessory for you. This Large Replacement Upstem works with the traditional Stundenglass Gravity Pipe while the Small Upstem sold here is designed for use with the Small Globes Kit, or smaller Stundenglass Kompact Gravity Pipe.
